The Penthouses Apartments are located right on the beachfront between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach each only an easy 10 to 15 minutes walk. Relax and enjoy some of that beautiful Queensland sunshine while you stroll along the beautiful beach. The Penthouses is the ideal destination for your dream Gold Coast holiday.

The apartments are very spacious (18.5 squares), and provide 2 and 3 bedroom accomodation. Each apartment has two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, full laundry and two balconies - at least one balcony overlooking the sand and sea. Many apartments have sensational hinterland views as well! Facilities include broadband internet to each apartment, secure undercover parking, tennis courts, games room, sauna's, barbques, heated pool, spa and children's wading pool.
Deposits - a deposit of $350 for low season, $450 for mid season and $1000 for high season bookings are required at the time of booking. For low and mid season bookings, the balanace of payment is due on arrival. For high season bookings, the balance of payment is due by 1 December.

Things To Do

because we are absolutely on the beach, there is a short stroll of less than 20 metres to the beach. There is very little need to leave the complex as we have a heated swimming pool spa, saunas, tennis courts and games room.

Directions

The Penthouses has a bus at the front door. It is half way between Surfers Paradise and broadbeach shopping centres.From Brisbane airport there is a connection bus.
